Noel joins me today to discuss evidence-based innovation portfolio management. He shares why it is vital to have facts in the form of what customers think and how these validate assumptions and have more impact the further away they are from the core. He shares various methodologies for testing hypotheses and the viability of potential products and solutions. Noel also explores the human side of behavioral change, the different methods of making decisions, and the advantages of getting leadership out there running an experimentation loop.

“Innovation is really a continuum from your core business where you’re working in fairly known markets with known technologies and products.” - Noel Sobelman
