Katherine Radeka is the Founder and Executive Director of the Rapid Learning Cycles Institute, which helps teams expedite the process of getting their ideas to market. Katherine is the author of three books: The Mastery of Innovation, The Shortest Distance Between You and Your New Product, and High Velocity Innovation. She is also the Founder of Accelerate Net Zero, the President of Whittier Consulting Group, and a 2021 Fast Company Executive Board Member.
Katherine joins me today to discuss rapid learning cycles. She explains why innovation programs often create disappointing results and identifies when decision-making should occur during the innovation process. She describes how rapid learning cycles leverage agile and lean principles for physical product decision-making.
